Veteran & Entrepreneur
"Marcus is a 44-year-old Army veteran who built a successful logistics company after leaving the military. He leads hard, moves fast, and wins. But success never quite felt like enough. He pushed his team, his family, and himself past the point of healthy — always chasing the next goal. His pastor challenged him to take the Calling Navigator assessment before making another major business decision. The results were uncomfortably accurate. Marcus saw clearly how his drive to "Multiply Fruit" could be used for God's kingdom — or for his own empire. For the first time, he started asking the right question: not "What can I achieve?" but "What is God asking me to steward?""

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
— John 15:5
Your calling to 'Multiply Fruit' reflects God's creative and productive nature. He has given you drive and capacity not for selfish ambition, but to steward His resources and advance His kingdom.
These are gifts to steward, not achievements to boast in.
Scripture invites you to: Be still, and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10). Your fruitfulness flows from abiding in Christ, not from striving.
Commit to daily time with God before your to-do list. Fruitfulness flows from intimacy with Him.
Ask regularly: Am I pursuing this for God's glory or my own validation?
Practice weekly rest as an act of trust that God is in control, not you.
Meet regularly with someone who will ask hard questions about your motivations and hold you accountable.
You cannot walk this path alone.
Without a mentor: You risk self-deception, creating your own calling, and missing warning signs.
With a mentor: You gain perspective, accountability, and wisdom from someone further along the path.
How this calling shapes the way they communicate
